Recipe: Bacon wrapped pork loin. Take about an 8 inch porkloin and wrap with bacon. Place in your crockpot. I added a little water 1/2 cup or so and cook with lid on . Turned onto low setting for 8 hours. This fed 4 servings. Next time I will make 2 and have leftovers. I have been thinking the next time I will add a bit of brown sugar or BBQ sauce. We enjoyed it , I hope you will too.
