Mix together 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup mayo 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp pepper Spread mixture over chicken breasts and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. |

FO: Slippers 'bout a nightcap wine bottle hat Wips; socks More Littles projects New in Queue: Find Your Fade Chim Chim-in-ney Christmas Hat Recipe: Gingerbread Cheescake Dip 4 ounces softened cream cheese 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup powdered sugar 3 Tb molasses 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg 2 cups whipped cream Mix all ingredients except whipped cream. Then fold in whipped cream. Use graham crackers for dipping. Originally from BettyCrocker.com

Recipe 1 small box of sugar free jello (1 cup water boiling stir until dissolved and add 1 cup pineapple juice. Then add 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 pound fresh ground cranberries and pecans( 1/3 to 1/2 cup). Stir well. Store in the fridge until set. Enjoy. |

One ply cheviot from sheepspot, one from gray farm wool to make into hats. Still need to finish the gray. Drawings Midmonth winner announced Drawing Closing the Around Your Neck and Shoulders KAL winner announced Balnket patterns mentioned: Memory Blanket
Crescent Rolls- cut into 10 slices top with a mixture of 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. On that add 1 -1/2 tablespoons canned cherry pie filling. Bake 350 degree oven 18-20 minutes. Drizzle powdered sugar milk glaze on top and serve. Makes 10 danish. |

Patterns I have purchased by Thea Colman here, here and here Needle Review: Knit Pro Zing review for DPNs
Recipe: Sliders Apple Bread FROM SOUTHEAST Iowa Electric cooperative from Veda Faro 3 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 3 c. finely chopped apples sugar cinnamon mixture for topping Beat eggs, oil and sugar together. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Then add dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix well. Fold in vanilla, nuts and apples. Pour into two lightly greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mixture. Bake 325 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes. |

FO: Plume Panel Hat Wips: New in the queue: Recipe: Molasses Cookies by Ckie Hughes 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup shortening 1/4 cup molasses 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1 tap cinnamon 1/2 tsp cloves 2 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour Sift salt, cinnamon, cloves, soda and flour together. Cream sugar and shortening together. Add molasses to wet mixture. Add egg to wet mixture. Then add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls slightly bigger than a quarter. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet 11/2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes. Oven temp 375 degrees.

WIPS: socks Hat Plume Panel New Patterns of interest: Ice Shanty New Podcasts on You Tube Stick + Twine AndreSue Knits Inside Number 23 The Grocery Girls Legacy Knitz Recipe Granola: 2 cups oatmeal 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup brown sugar Add above ingredients together and in a separate bowl combine: 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup honey 3 Tb plus 1 tsp oil Oven 325 degrees Line baking pan. Mix all ingredients plus dried fruit, nuts or white/choc chips. Spread on pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Stir every 5-7 minutes. Once cool store in airtight container. |

WIPS: Sweater Drawing winner announced Recently queued: Omena by Jill Zielinski Irisa Cardigan by Cassie Castillo Spinning fiber from Sheepspot Recipe: Crockpot Apple Crisp Butter bottom and sides of a crockpot. Add 8 peeled, cored and sliced apples tossed with 1 tsp lemon juice to the bottom of the crockpot. In a separate bowl mix 2/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. With pastry utensil cut in 1/2 cup softened butter. Then add oatmeal mix on top of apple mixture. Place 3 layers of paper towels on top of crockpot UNDER the lid (to absorb moisture) and cook on high for 2 and 1/2 hours. Eat with vanilla ice cream, if desired. |
