Butter and 1/3 c. Parmesian cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and a beaten egg. Base layer put in greased pie pan. Cook 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck (or meat of choice), add 1 medium onion diced and green pepper 1/4c. chopped cook until soft. Add into meat mixture 1 jar 20 ounce shaghetti sauce 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Second layer over noodles-8 ounces ricotta cheese, then layer on meat mixture and add 4 ounce motzarella cheese grated. Bake 350 degree oven 40-45 min. In a separate bowl combine 1c. flour, 1c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 c. rolled oats and 1/2 c. melted butter-mix. Press 3/4 of this mixture into bottom of 9 inch square baking pan. Top oatmeal mixture with 4 c. diced rhubarb. Pour on thickened mixture and sprinkle with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. |
