Simple cranberry sauce
16 ounces fresh cranberries
organic honey or maple syrup
juice plus zest of one orange
may add orange segments, nuts,pineapple
pumpkin pie custard
1 tsp cinnamon,1/4 tsp ground ginger, 2 pinches grated nutmeg, pinch of salt
1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 eggs beaten, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup full fat coconut milk

Recipe: Crockpot Apple Crisp
Butter bottom and sides of a crockpot. Add 8 peeled, cored and sliced apples tossed with 1 tsp lemon juice to the bottom of the crockpot. In a separate bowl mix 2/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. With pastry utensil cut in 1/2 cup softened butter. Then add oatmeal mix on top of apple mixture. Place 3 layers of paper towels on top of crockpot UNDER the lid (to absorb moisture) and cook on high for 2 and 1/2 hours. Eat with vanilla ice cream, if desired.

Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs
Mix in a small bowl: 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tb gluten free mustard, black pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/2 tsp dried sage. Place on lined baking sheet 12 chicken thighs to feed 4-6 servings. Brush each piece of chicken with the glaze and bake 45 minutes or until test 165 degrees fatenheight with meat thermometer. Oven temp is 425 degrees

Recipe: Bacon wrapped pork loin. Take about an 8 inch porkloin and wrap with bacon. Place in your crockpot. I added a little water 1/2 cup or so and cook with lid on . Turned onto low setting for 8 hours. This fed 4 servings. Next time I will make 2 and have leftovers. I have been thinking the next time I will add a bit of brown sugar or BBQ sauce. We enjoyed it , I hope you will too.

with recipe Fresh Blueberry Crumble Preheat oven 375
Place 2 pints fresh blueberries in the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch baking dish. Then squeeze juice from a lemon over the blueberries. Toss lightly to coat.
Then in mixing bowl combine 1 cup almond meal or almond flour, 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, 1/4 cup melted butter, @ Tablespoons maple syrup, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 pinches of sea salt.
Spread nut mixture over berries. Bake until fruit is bubbly and topping golden brown. About 30-40 minutes.

Recipe: Italian Cream (coconu)t Cake

Cake: 1 stick butter, 1/2 c shortnening, 2 c sugar, 5 egg yolks, 2 c flour, 1 tsp b. sode, 1 c buttermilk, 1 tsp. vanilla, small can angel flake coconut, 1 c chopped pecans, 5 egg whites (stiffly beaten).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and shortening. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add egg yolks and beat well. Combine flour and soda and add alternating with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla; add coconut and pecans. Fold in egg whites. Fill greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 25 minutes ot until done. Cool in pans 10 minutes, Remove from pans and cool completely.
Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 stick butter, 1 ib. powdered sugar, 1 c chopped pecans, 1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and cream cheese; add sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Frost layers, assemble: and frost top and sides.

Recipe: Best Hamburgers
1 egg, 1/2 a can ( 10 1/2 ounce) condensed french onion soup, 1/2 cup more or less bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp salt, pepper to taste, 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Mix all together if too wet add more breadcrumbs. Shape into patties and cook on grill or in pan until cooked through. These are fabulous and my picky eaters even like it!
