Recipes: Potluck Potatoes
Mix together 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 can condesed cream of chicken soup, 2 cups shredded cheese (we use cheddar), 8 ounces sour cream 1/2 cup melted butter and chopped green onion to taste and salt and pepper to taste. Plut mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan and add topping. Topping : 1 cup corn flakes, 2 Tb melted butter mixed together. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
