Class with Carol Rhodes  highly recommend this class on Know your Dorset and Cormo wools.  Spinning and fiber prep, uses of these types of fleece.

 with recipe Fresh Blueberry Crumble  Preheat oven 375

Place 2 pints fresh blueberries in the bottom of  a 9 by 9 inch baking dish.  Then squeeze juice from  a lemon over the blueberries.  Toss lightly to coat.  

Then in mixing bowl combine 1 cup almond meal or almond flour, 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, 1/4 cup melted butter, @ Tablespoons maple syrup, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 pinches of sea salt.

Spread nut mixture over berries.  Bake until fruit is bubbly and topping golden brown.  About 30-40 minutes.
